We first ask you to provide as detailed a brief as possible on the type of property you are seeking — location, condition, size, essential amenities, together with your budget.
We then work with local leading property agents and our extensive individual contacts to identify what is available to meet your needs from which we compile a shortlist for you.
We can then arrange for you to visit the properties when you come to the island.
If your time is limited we will collect you from the airport, visit the properties with you and return you to the airport, the same day.
We are able to identify properties which do not appear on the open market.
All enquiries made on behalf of our clients remain entirely confidential between us.
Once you have chosen the property we can assist further in the process of acquisition.
We can recommend bilingual lawyers, surveyors, local banks and all other necessary complementary services to ensure that the process of acquiring a property is conducted from negotiation to completion efficiently.
Following the purchase, we also have a range of trusted, local companies who can provide complementary services as required. These include the care of the property, maintenance, cleaning, security, pool maintenance and letting.
