The Search
Retaining Fee: Payable on the date of instruction, a returnable search retainer of 500.00€. This is refunded in full on the successful completion of a purchase.
Success Fee: On a successful purchase we charge 2% of the final purchase price payable upon exchange of contracts.
We will continue to search until we find a property that you wish to buy. Should a client abandon the search, the fee is retained by Menorca Property Search.
Single Property Viewing and Orientation
We also offer a service for clients who are already at an early stage of property search and assessment but require more information about potential locations before committing to a formal contract. For this, Menorca Property Search can provide an overview of prices, property types and local amenities, as well as a comprehensive, verbal and written assessment with photographs of a property that a client has already identified. For this service we charge 300.00€ per day.
All fees are subject to 18% IVA (VAT)
