The Search
Menorca Property Search works both with leading local property agents as well as individuals to identify properties which are often not revealed on the open market.
Using our clients’ detailed brief, we aim to find properties which match the aspirations, price point and location. All enquires made on behalf of our clients are conducted in confidence.
If you are considering relocating to Menorca this can be relatively straightforward as the island is part of the EEC. Once we have found you a property we are able to take you through the system ensuring all the paperwork is completed efficiently and correctly.
We have access to bilingual financial services and are able to advise you of the best way to establish yourself financially on the island. As with most countries the financial laws in Spain do have subtle differences to those in other countries.
Single Property Viewing and Orientation
We also offer a service for clients who are already at an early stage of property search and assessment but require more information about potential locations before committing to a formal contract. For this, Menorca Property Search can provide an overview of prices, property types and local amenities, as well as a comprehensive, verbal and written assessment with photographs of a property that a client has already identified.
